Tiny bubbles seen inside this glass so old it has turned lavender with age I\'m told.. Textured design all aroundthe circumference, and at one last look I found raised letters near the base on one side - - looks like \'_ _ A _ SOL\'but not certain of some letters. This inkwell measures 2 3/4\" x 2 3/4\" and over 2 1/2\" in height to thetop opening. Heavy, this glass Weighs about 2/3 lb. by itself. There is no damage, no chips, no cracks.
