This is Dutch Monkey Spoon.
I found it when cleaning out a family member\'s Estate.
It bear the hallmarks of an AB in a box / square. From my research I believe it means if was made by Anne Bickerton.
There is a purity lion mark.
Monkey Spoons originated in the Netherlands and later found in the Hudson River Valley. They were bestowed on friends and family to commemorate births, weddings, and deaths.
The bowl of the spoon has a scene of homes on the river with someone carrying water and a person rowing a boat.
On the handle there are cherubs.
