Antique Till & Sons Pottery Jeddo 8\" Plate Japanese Fan Turquoise pre-1891:

This pottery plate measures approximately 8 1/8\" in diameter.It is marked on the back with; Trade Mark, Jeddo, and Till & Sons. Thomas Till & Sons operated in Burslem, England from 1850 to 1928. The mark on this plate was used from1861-1891. The pattern is called Jeddo and the colors are striking. The border is turquoise asis the sash. There are reds, pinks, yellows and greens. The two tiny birds on a branch inside the fan are adorable. This is in great condition with no chips or cracks. There is one small flake to the paint on the rim, and some light scratches and crazing.
