RARE ANTIQUE Early 20th C. Asian Tobacco POUCHES - ALL 3 ORIGINAL CLOTH TEXTILE WITH UNIQUE DESIGNS. SELLING ALL 3 TOGETHER. Each Measures Approx. 5" x 3" and are in VERY GOOD CONDITION for Age/Vintage. Some Minor Fraying on the Two Stripped Pouches. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS for Condition and More Detail. The Front Right Flap of the Pouch with the Snap Needs to be Re-Glued to the Leather Insert. It Looks Like the Turquoise and Black Pouch is Missing the Closure Piece. These Pouches Don't Appear to have Been Used. PROVENANCE: These Pouches were in the Personal Antique Collection of my Great Grandfather who was an Industrialist and Asian Antique Collector when he lived in Shanghai Prior to 1925. I Believe They are Probably from China, but Since he Traveled Extensively, they Could be from Another Region of Asia, Possibly Japan.
