This is a stunning Victorian 18ct Gold Emerald & Diamond Cluster Ring, which dates to c1890. Typical of a ring made by a Provincial Jeweller in this period it isunmarkedbut it is guaranteed to be made from solid 18ct Gold(please see the detailed close-upphotographs provided, which form an integral part of the item\'s description).
This wonderful ring, which weighs 2.9 grams,has a beautiful Emerald & Diamond set bezel that has a diameter of approx\' 9.0mm. As shown, itis set centrally with a stunning rectangular Emerald (approx\' 2.75mm long by 2.0mm wide), surrounded by eight Rose-cut Diamonds to create a ring that is just breathtaking.
Overall the ring is in great condition, as shown in thephotographs, with only wear commensurate with age. Itis sized at UK Ring Size\'L 1/2\', which equates to US Ring Size \'6\'; as with almost all antique rings the band isslightly ovalized i.e it is not perfectly round and it measures slightlydifferently on the gauge depending on how it is positioned, however this willnot affect the ring when worn.
