The hair is very very tightly and finely woven and feels very soft and like fabric but looking under a loupe I\'m near positive that it is hair and not fabric. The Lapis pendants dangle freely from your wrist and are a vibrant and beautiful blue. The Lapis is smooth with a finely carved shape that doesn\'t have any chipping or surface wear. There are no breaks or missing components to the etruscan design and the braiding is fresh looking without any pulling or fraying. Overall this is a uniquely designed and well made, 18k solid gold and Lapis bracelet, that is from the Victorian era and is in Excellent condition.
