What a lovely piece of art! Unframed unsigned toddler boy child portrait in sailor suit done in chalk and maybe some pastel. It shows its age on the edges and there are some faint finger print marks closer to be bottom edge, a small wet stain in the upper right edge (as seen in close up of picture) as well as other small marks due to it not being in a frame. This still does not take away from its beauty. Oval in shape and concave measuring approx. 19.5\" tall.
