This is a most beautiful and elegant French 6.8gr solid 18K GOLD filigree beautifully hand made chain - necklace from the Victorian era circa 1880 named Draperie. It is SUPERB delicate heart shape filigree open hand work .A real beauty.

It is made of incredibly nice and fine 5 big heart shape ornate filigree superb hand work links 15.5mm on 15.5mm with a gold flower in upper part. 2 beautiful big unique shape ornate filigree superb hand work links 17mm on 6mm Between these links 6 beautifully hand made 8 shape links and from 2 sides are 34 small oval most beautiful filigree hand made links 6mm on 3mm and beautiful small oval links in between. RARE UNIQUE SUPERB ANTIQUE HAND MADE CHAIN. Please look at the pictures they will tell much more then my words.

This breathtaking necklace is made of 18k gold tested and not hallmarks as many items of this era. The design and craftsmanship date this chain to the Victorian period, circa 1880.

It is 42.3 cm (16 and 6/8 inch) long and 15.5mm (6/8 inch) wide , and 6.8 grams in very good condition .
