Gorgeous and rare Victorian era glass syrup pitcher made by Consolidated Lamp & Glass Co. The pattern is called quilted phlox. The interior color is a lovely opaque mint green which is cased by a layer of clear glass over the top. Features a metal lid with working spring mechanism. There is a crack in the clear glass layer that can be seen when you look at the bottom. It starts next to the bottom of the handle and then runs about 3 1/2\" down and around the bottom rim. It can not be seen from the inside and is not visible when the item sits on a shelf. I can detect no other damage and the handle is free from heat checks. The item pictured is the item you will receive. From a smoke free home.
