Antique Victorian cotton figure Christmas ornament. Figure is cardboard base with lithograph face. It measures 10 1/4 inches top to bottom- 4 1/2 inches across at bottom of dress. Cotton is in very nice condition except one foot where there is less cotton. Cotton is a complex wrap around cardboard figure. Nice hat- coat- and muff. Sweet face. Old wire hanger in hat.
