Selling this very pretty antique victorian mechanical slide pencil. It measures apx. 2 3/4\" when closed, and apx. 3 5/8\" when extended. It has a yellowish/green (Citrine?) cut stone inset into the top, apx. 3/8\" dia which is cut into a star pattern. The gold filled metal is engraved with scrolls and a pattern. Some of these had rings attached to them for wearing. This one does not have a ring. I guess you could put one on if you wanted to. Very nice little treasure.
