Wonderful middle victorian italian 18k solid gold micro mosaic brooch, beetle / scarab pattern, etruscan style.

Heavy quality, 18k gold frame and pin (except probably the back of the mosaic) marks of the city of Rome: intertwined keys and the papal miter, date mark unreadable. Castellani style.

It is in very nice antique condition, the frame is slightly distorted but it is not very noticeable.

Dimensions: 1,117 inch diameter. (28,38 mm) Total weight: 8,9 grams.

Shipped in the box as shown on the pictures, it is not the original one but it fits well.
