This is an original antique Victorian era five tier sheet music or magazine stand with oak slat shelves, bentwood oak top and stick and ball spindle accents on the sides. Condition is excellent, the entire piece is sturdy and solid with very little to no wobbliness, the finish looks very good considering age and shows very little wear, and the unit is complete with no missing spindles or slats (however, one side spindle is missing a small piece at the top, shown in the 11th photo). The oak bar across the front of one of the shelves has a very slight bend (it bows downward in the middle slightly and is not obvious). All other wood pieces are excellent with no visible damage. Outer dimensions of the unit are 24\" L across the top x 14\" deep x 38 3/4\" H, the usable space on the top shelf measures 19\" x 12\", and the lower shelves measure 17\" x 13\". There is about 6 1/2\" - 7\" of space between each shelf. The unit will be disassembled for shipping. All joints will be labeled with corresponding letters for easy reassembly. All pieces will be packed securely and fully insured during shipping.
