This piece is tarnished and requires polishing. Other than that it is in nice shape for an 1800s pitcher. There are a couple of dents, not deep. There is something loose in the double wall and I am not sure if it is supposed to be there or not. Nothing appears to be missing on the exterior and I can\'t imagine how anything could get inbetween the walls that wasn\'t manufactured that Meriden Silverplate Co.
