Beautiful chunky Victorian snake/serpent wrap bracelet. Made of molded French Jet beads on a wire coil. Shows age with chipping and wear on underside and sides mostly. The top is still nicely faceted and shiny. Also with some lighter chipping (although not a ton). The underside appears to have had a coating of some kind. I shows lines, and remnants of bubbles. In certain lighting a slight colored sheen. Wire coil has lost some shape. Snakes head is in nice condition for age with eyes unchipped.Very cool piece of Victorian! One of the nicest snake pieces I have come across.
Measures 2\" across opening. Total length is approx. 11\". I have not tried to bend this to any shape. I have a 6\" wrist and this fits very well at the center with no real extention, and sat comforably with the weight. A larger wrist Maybe more ideal? This does have a good weight to it, as it is all large glass pieces. Please ask if any questions.
