These are a little curiosity. At first, because they were light in weight, I thought they may be button. However, someone who knows jewelry told me they were definitely cufflinks. The construction of them puts them at the turn of the century, at least that is what I have read. It also might be in line with Art Nouveau? If you know more than I do, please let me know. The measure only a 3/4 inch. They are made in two pieces and are hollow. I have no idea what they are made of as they are not marked.Thanks for looking.
