This bracelet has an inside circumference of 6\", and is oval in shape, so it\'s made to fit snugly right around your wrist, with the repousse side sitting up on your wrist. The bracelet is hinged and opens simply at one side of the piece and clamps shut firmly when released. The hinge is very secure and works smoothly and firmly as it should. The bracelet is a full 1/4\" in diameter, with the repousse design at the front and is plain at the back, and the band of the bracelet has a very round and domed shape rather than a flat surface. The repousse is detailed and in a nice relief - giving the bracelet an added sparkle and texture when worn. There are no dents to the shape of the bracelet and the piece has a very bright and golden patina without any surface wear or dulling to the rose gold finish. Overall this is a finely made and classical, rose gold filled repousse bangle bracelet, that is from the Victorian era and is in Excellent condition.
