This is a spectacular antique, Victorian art glass, vaseline rubina verde flame vase. It was produced around 1880-1900. It is cranberry in color that fades to clear. It has vaseline glass applied flames flaring upwards from the top of the vase. It has a swirl optic design in the sides. It has a rough pontil mark, indicative of its production and age. There are no chips or cracks. Size is 4 3/4\" wide and 9\" tall. Due to the presence of uranium oxide, the top edge of this piece fluoresces under blacklight...see photos. A very special piece.
