Antique Victorian Mourning Bangle

This is a super piece of Victorian Mourning jewellery in fantastic conditionwhich looks great on and is very wearable today.

Made from Vulcanite & often called Ebonite in the Victorian era - this material was made from Vulcanised rubber andwas an alternative to Jet.

I can\'t believe this has survived looking at the way you get it on and off - I squirmed when I put it on the models wrist, thinking it might break, but as you can see - it survived no problem!

Measures : 3.6cm (1 1/2\") at the front (the boss plaque) Inner circumference 6\" 15.2cm when \"resting\" to 7 1/4\" (18.5cm) when stretched.

Condition: one very, very tiny flea bit on at 9 oclock on the central oval plaque outer edge.
