Up for sale is an antique Victorian era undergarment. It has some yellowing and stains, but I have not tried to clean it at all. It feels like 100% cotton. There are some measurements listed above- I believe it would fit an XS Woman or a young woman. I believe it is like a slip that was worn under a dress where the top of this piece was showing through at the bust. Not sure of the actual name of the article.
