We ship all parcels using Canada Post/USPS. This type of service typically takes 8-10 business days. We ship all order on Tuesdays and Fridays, baring any national holidays. Please note that shipments to the US need to clear customs and they generally take 8-10 business days to arrive from the time we ship.

Once a product has been shipped we have no control over transit times. The post office will not generally consider a package to be \"lost\" until it is overdue by at least 30 days.

For packages that are lost (as determined by the Post Office), or damaged, we do offer full replacement value insurance on all shipments.

We offer a full warranty on items that prove to be defective within 30 days of the initial shipping date. We will repair, replace or refund defective items. This warranty obviously excludes physical damage, water damage, abuse, etc. The customer will be required to pay shipping to our depot, while we will cover the cost of returning the product to the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
