A collection of five antique European or International dolls made of various materials.
The largest doll in black & white is about 8\" tall. Her legs feel like wood, but are covered with cloth. Her face is interesting. It appears to be mesh over wood and is hand painted (see photos). She is carrying flax and wears five medallions or coins on her necklace made of metal. Her hair is braided in the back and looks like yarn or cotton. Her clothing is beautiful. Is she Greek possibly?
The doll with the red plaid hat and vest and green apron is about 5\" tall. Her head and torso are porcelain.Her face is hand painted. Her hands and legs are cloth.She has brown yarn hair & braids. Her clothing is very well made.
The little red doll with red scarf has beautiful clothing and she is about 4 1/2\" tall. She is made of rubber including her red shoes. Her clothing reminds me of Eastern Europe, possibly Hungary or Romania. Looks like Little Red Riding Hood.
The little white doll sucking her thumb is all cloth. Looks like a child in a Christening gown and bonnet. She is about 4 1/4\" tall.
The boy with the crazy hair is made of wood. His legs look like rope. He is about 4 1/2\"tall. His clothing is twisted and I\'m not sure how to straighten it out. It is all there though. Let\'s call him the mischievous one!
