Vintage Asian Footed Floral Vase

A beautiful and shapely vintageAsianvase. Despite its imperfections I could not resist getting this vase. The proportions are so nice and the floral motif is wonderful with the blues, touches of red,and the lavish rich gilding. It has lovely feet and a fluted rim.Signed on base (see photo). Nowfor the problems! At the baseofone foot you can seeits\' separation from the base, perhaps a little over half way around -- I am assuming it was reglued but has come loose. If it is glued it is a very old repair - there is no wobble to it, it\'s separated but tight. The two handles were broken. And lastly, thereare a few drippy stains on the side. Measurements. It is 21\"high -- approx12\" wide. The flutedrim is about 8 1/2\" wide.It weighs, before being boxed to ship, 14 lb 12.5 oz. Condition (on a scale of poor, fair, good, very good, excellent) isfair to good. The piece has some damage that could be repaired if desired, or enjoy it as is - it\'s still very beautiful. Shipping. Sale Days. Most weekends are sale days around here. Not every weekend, but most. So come back and maybe that certain someting will be on sale! If it\'s not on sale, ask me to put it on sale for you!

I carefully package each item myself and use hard styrofoam sheets, bubble wrap, peanuts, and newspaper to do the job right. I use new boxes and also recycle older boxes and materials to be as green as possible.

If you don\'t like my price, write and offer me what you\'d like to pay. I may accept your offer, or perhaps suggest a compromise....it never hurts to ask!

I try hard to represent my items as accurately and honestly as possible - damage and shortcomings too. Most of my goods are used, whether they are merely older, or vintage, or a fabulous antique - but they are used. Keep this in mind when considering a purchase - there will be imperfections and signs of wear to one degree or another. If you prefer an item with no blemishes and that is new, I kindly and politely suggest you purchase at a department store or a shopping mall. So unless I say the item is new, pristine, or mint - it\'s used. These items have a history, and actually that is why I love them!
