This beautiful necklace comes from the Art Deco Era! The Art Deco Era is famous for being the \"Gatsby\" or \"Roaring Twenties\" Era. A lot of gorgeous and timeless designs in jewelry came out of this period.

During the Art Deco Era jewelers would often make these gorgeous necklaces to order, which would take weeks to crafts by hand!

Akoya Pearls during the Art Deco Period were extremely rare and expensive to own! These pearls were extremely elegant and highly sought after due to their stunning luster and beautiful round shape. The pearls were still very new during the Art Deco Period and usually reserved for only the richest of the rich with their incredibly expensive price.

This gorgeous necklace is hallmarked by the one and only Mikimoto company! The Mikimoto company is a Japanese based company whom\'s founder was the first ever person to successfullyculture a pearl! Mikimoto\'s obsession with pearls lead his company to become the worlds leader in fine pearl jewelry that covered every type of pearl imaginable!

The Piece

The Akoya Pearl in this piece is beautifully rounded and show case a stunningly smooth polished surface. Each pearl is a gorgeous white color and has a absolutely stunning white color with a beautiful luster on each pearl that compliments the piece perfectly! The pearl is in great condition and measures in at 5 mm in diameter.

The gold work in this piece is beautifully hand carved out of yellow gold and features a gorgeous heart design! The design is made out of thick yellow gold and show cases a beautifully smooth polished surface which compliments the heart themed design perfectly!

The necklace measures in at 16.5\" long and is finished off with a gorgeous \"C\" style clasp that works perfectly. The necklace itself is made out of thick yellow gold links that are elegantly welded together and have just enough heft to them to make them feel powerful and expensive, while also being petite enough to be feminine!
