This is one of the more unusual takes on the compact! Although designed to hold powder, it also incorporates a small brass beaded little pouch underneath the compact. Some of the brass beads need to be reattached. It\'s a beautiful brass design surrounding the blue painted celluloid type center front. The interior features a mirror that cleverly opens to where the powder was. The little beaded pouch was likely used for change and a puff. These types of antique Evans compacts occasionally come up and they are a really interesting collectible! Thanks.
