Beautiful Old Cast Iron Dragon Handle, Victorian/Art Nouveau Ashtray/Smoking Stand. No Ashtray/Bowl Included, Stand with base only (as seen in photos). Stands 24\" tall, 6 1/2\" wide base. Iron has surface rust, but still very strong. No Maker Marks, but has 1931 on bottom of base. Unsure if numbers are for reference or date. Have seen others of the same stand, who date it to late 19th century. Unsure of actual date, but would Estimate between 1891-1941.
