Pretty composition baby doll from the 1930-40\'s, unmarked with cloth body.
Composition doll has red molded \"hair\", painted blue eyes and little baby teeth.
Dolly has composition arms and legs as well as head. You can see on the back of the doll
just below the waist a circular indentation of the \"crying\" mechanism can be felt, but it is not working.
Doll head has some surface wear, some minor imperfections as does the face as well, but the color on the face is great. Two fingers on the dolls right hand have broken off
at the top.
Cloth body needs a little mending at the crotch where you can see the stuffing through a 1\" opening. Some chipping on the toes. Small hole in
cloth on chest.
Doll is 19\" tall, 6\" across the shoulders, head is 3-3/4 across approx.
Wonderful antique doll, bound to become an heirloom.
