This is a vintage French watercolor or gouache painting / fashion illustration, c. 1915-1919 (WWI era). Signed: G Parison (probably Gaston Parison 1889-1959). The woman wears a grey pleated skirt suit with green and peach striped trim, high heels with bows and buttoned ankle straps, a pink and black striped purse, and a deep red, wide-brimmed cloche hat. Pencil sketch with black ink outlining and watercolor or gouache paint. Possibly the original for reproduction in a French fashion magazine. 8 1/2\" by 5 1/2\".
