Very heavy bed. The rails fit in snug. Strong and absolutely beautiful. Missing one tiny brass capon the spoke that goes into the head board (See picture). This came from a man\'s grandfatherfrom Vermont. Wonderful with dents to show it\'s age.Headboard: 54.5\"inches WIDE and 64\"inches TALLFootboard: 43.5\"inches TALLRails 46\"inches (front and back) not including the segment that goes into frame.72.5\"inches (sides) also not including the protruding part that goes into frame.
