Here’s an absolutely wonderfulantique print, entitled “ROVER AND HIS FRIEND”. There’s a large dog, “Rover”, that looks like a St. Bernard, and he has ablue ribbon around his neck. The littlegirl is dressed in blue, with a big, turned-up, wide-brimmed hat decorated withroses. She is standing with her arms around “Rover”……….just how awesome is that?????????

The print has incredible detail andwonderful colors, remarkable considering it’s age, which is probably close to100 years??? There is some creasing onthe print, most of which is barely noticeable unless you hold the print at theright angle under bright light. There’sone very thin tear on the upper left side of the print that is shown in thephotos.

The silver and gold gesso frame issound and sturdy. It measusres about11.5” x 16.5”. There are 4 spots where the gesso has chippedoff, that you can see in the photos. There’ssome surface scratches and other light wear.This is probably the original frame and glass. The glass has some “flea bites” and surfacescratches, indicative of it’s age. Thereis a wire hangar on the back side.Cardboard backing.
