Offered on this NO-RESERVE ABSOLUTE sale is a VINTAGE LEAD CRYSTAL Compote from an UNKNOWN maker, and of UNKNOWN age as we could not identify this beautiful piece (If you can identify this gorgeous piece by it\'s beautiful \"cut\" design or pattern, we would very much appreciate letting us know by contacting us via \"ask seller a general question\"). ....This medium/small COMPOTE measures about 4 & 3/4 inches across the top, by about 3 & 3/4ths inches in height, with a round (sort of scalloped) base measuring about 3 & 3/16ths inches in width. We used to know what this well-known pattern design was called, but ....cannot remember at time of listing. If I remember, I will update the listing.

CONDITION: This piece is in VERY NICE Near-Mint CONDITION for vintage lead crystal and was acquired via acquired via ESTATE SALE. Almost flawless with NO chips, NO cracks, NO flea-bites, NO hazing, NO cloudiness. There is a very, very, very slight roughness one can feel rubbing a finger across the saw-tooth edge, but we ALWAYS find this very slight roughness on truly antique pieces.
