This is the best industrial table I\'ve ever had the pleasure of selling.It was a sail makers work table, A sewing machine would have rode along the top ring that encircles the table.At some point the base of the table was repainted black. There are areas of paint chipping.The top is made of a laminated wood. It looks like the top has been flipped over and totally refinished. There have been patches and repairs to the top. PLEASE SEE PICTURES!!!!The top of the table measures 53 inches wide by 79 inches. The base is slightly larger about 57 1/2\" by 83 1/2\".The top raises and lowers easily by turning one of the two cranks located at either end of the table. Goes from about 32\" to 40\" high.This table is VERY HEAVY!!!! My guess is over 300 pounds. It took four men to move it into the shop. LOCAL PICKUP ONLYThe table is located about 6 miles south of Lake Geneva Wisconsin.The table top is attached by screws and looks like it could be easily removed.
