This is a very cool looking antique or vintage Middle Eastern / Iran enamel and copper art plaque with four camels on it.

I\'m not sure how old it is, but it definitely has good age to it. The person I purchased this from was selling it for his in-laws, who he stated brought it here from Iran in the 1950s. But I\'m sensing it\'s possibly a little earlier than that.

The frame itself measures 11 1/2 inches x 19 7/8 inches (29.2 cm x 50.5 cm). The artwork measures 10 5/8 inches x 18 3/4 inches (27 cm x 47.6 cm).

Unfortunately, I have no idea what it says.

It has damage to it. There is a lot of green tarnishing on the background part of it along with some wear to the copper finish. There is a small, approximately 3/4 inch (1.9 cm) gouge on the yellow and blue part of the enamel on the left side just above the first camel. The frame has some chipping to it and was retouched in a few sections.

There is a label on the back in the bottom right corner which I have photographed, but I\'m unable to understand it.

I did some research, but was unable to find anything like it.

The entire piece weighs 2 pounds 13 1/2 ounces (1.3 kg).
