Here is a beautiful andfunctional conversation piece! Vintage/antique brass/brass type metal ornate fireplace screen/grate. The decor on it is a Renaissance type cameo profile. It stand.When expanded ala peacock style, it measures approx 37 & 1/8\" wide. When folded and latched it is a mere approx 7\" wide...it\'s about 10.5\" wide at base. Height is 27.5\" to top of handle. Overall in nice vintage/used condition with very few scuffs/marks/etc. Wiped down but you may want to clean/polish it. Base has some patina. A far from ordinary sight at your hearth!
