This is an antique/vintage Murano Art glass hand blown handled basket. It has overlapping glass handles, blue & white swirls, a sturdy base, has little bubbles, measures 8 1/4\" tall by 3 5/8\" across the bottom, weighing 1 lb. 12 oz., and there are no chips. A beautiful piece.
