Notable Features:This ring was made in the Princess Harem style during the Art Nouveau era in the Thai style. The ring features four tiers of stones, with an additional stone on each shoulder. The large center stone, as well as the second and fourth tiers and the stones on the shoulders, are white sapphire stones. The white sapphire has a beautiful, clear hue, giving the appearance of sparkly diamonds. The white sapphire stones are set in silver topped settings, to further accentuate their sparkle. Between the center stone and second tier is a sterling silver rope twist accent and floral setting. The third tier, consisting of teardrop cabochon cutChrysoprasestones. The different colors on the ring add dimension and a unique style to an already interesting piece. The shoulders of the ring feature a split shank with applied rope twist accents. The 14k yellow gold band features a smoothly polished surface for comfortable wear.
Damage: Age appropriate wear. There is a sizing mark on the bottom of the band but this is not noticeable when worn.

This time was also called \"La Belle Epoque\" in French, which translates to \"A Beautiful Time.” This was very true due to the gorgeous designs that came out of this period. The Art Nouveau period was famous for its flowing organic designs, flowing ladies, flowing floral designs, and regal designs. This period was in existence from 1890-1914.
Princess Harem rings were very special rings made during the Art Nouveau & Art Deco Period that usually were made with a high rise mounting piece and multiple gem stones. The rings were made with only the best materials and metals, as they were reserved for their name sake - royalty such as Princesses or other high-ranking members of society. For this reason, these gorgeous rings came with an extremely expensive price tag and were only worn by actual royalty, or members of high society.
