This is a beautiful, Victorian Napkin Ring, in great condition. It measures 2 1/4\'\' in height, and 2 1/2\'\' wide. Beautiful etching design covers the top.(see picture) Notice the cute Rose Buds that make up the base. Marked, Meriden 166, on the bottom.
