I don\'t know much about spinning wheels, but this wheel looks quite old to me. I can also see where it has been repaired/refurbished in a couple of places, and is also broken in a couple of places. It stands about 29\" tall, is about 37\" long and the wheel itself is 18\" in diameter. The bobbin/flyer assembly looks really old to me, with some metal on it. The bottom where the foot peddle should be is broken, and the wheel has been repaired because it has a couple of large washers holding it together on the underside - see photos. You could repair it ti use as is or use it for parts.
