Extremely well made in outstandingcondition with a rather unusual locking mechanism incorporated into the pommel.The blade is also locks into the scabbard by another unusual locking mechanismincorporated into the crossguard. Press stud lock holds bayonet securely into the scabbard.

Completed with its original steel scabbard.

Overall 19 ⅛″ (48.5 cm) – practically a shortsword!
Original factory perfect edge; original perfect needle-sharp point; false edge= ⅓ ofthe blade. Gorgeous 13″ blad’s beautifully preserved with all originalbrilliant luster.

Wooden grips are in great condition.

Well marked: crown proofs to scabbard and hilt; naval anchorswith “EJ AB” to blade and crossguard with the Swedish Crown proofmark. All crisp and nice.
