ANTIQUE ~ VINTAGE SOLID BRONZE JESUS CHRIST with CROWN of THORNS RELIGIOUS PLAQUE
Excellent original condition, very old- antique bronze plaque. Actual weight a little under three pounds. Original patina, has not been cleaned or polished. Large round plaque inside stylized cross measures about eight inches square. High relief portrait of Christ\'s face inside, full beard and eyes open toward Heaven. Rays of heavenly light radiate from his face. No chips or cracks, no damage or issues. Has two large posts on back for mounting to a crucifix, statue, et cetera. May have been a religious artifact from a European Church (correspondence from England, Germany, Italy, and Spain were found with plaques). Wonderful religious Icon, beautiful for blessed decor.
