This is a very elegant footed plate by W.M. Rogers in the spring flowers pattern. The piece is marked with the manufacturer and pattern on the bottom. The floral pattern goes around the edge of the plate that looks very nice. There is also 3 feet at the bottom to support the dishThe piece does have some tarnish especially on the bottom. There are also some surface scratches on the top of the plate, but no major defects to the piece.This would be an excellent addition for any silver collector or anyone looking for a nice serving dish for their silver set.The plate measures 10 3/4\" wide and about 1\" tall.
