This is a beautiful antique WDC pipe with real broken amber stem (shown in the pictures), gold cap and band. I was told by few jewelers the cap and the band are real gold. Since there is no stamp on the metal so I won\'t mention the gold fineness in the description and I\'m not sure if It\'s realty gold or not,The carvings are acorn designs both on the rim cap and band on the stem. I have this pipe for a long time and I haven\'t seen any discoloration on the gold rim and band. I price it as a gold pipe. If not, I will give full refund to the buyer. The stem was glued from the broken parts. They stick well and well tied to the shank. There are no other damages or issues on the pipe. The logo of WDC was clearly stamped on the shank. I smoked it for few years and it is in excellent smoking condition. It is very elegant and attractive. The measurements are: 7 1/2\" length; 2 1/4\" height; approx. 1 /1/2\"Rim diameter; .85\" chamber hole diameter. It needs cleaning, buffing and polishing to show its real value. The case is made of brown leather with red lining inside. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the pipe , please return it and you will get FULL REFUND when it arrives back to me in the same condition when it was sent.
