You are offerding on an original, antique Wahl Eversharp Mechanical Pencil marked 18K Solid Gold in very good, operable condition.
The pencil weighs 24.6 grams on my digital scale, is about 5 3/16 inches long, and I have the 18K Solid Gold markings shown in the sales listings.
The main condition issues are that this was personalized long ago, shown in the 8th image, with the initials of AHB.
Finding vintage and antique writing instruments in 18K is more difficult than 14K or 10K, and much more difficult to find that gold filled, and this would be a great addition to your collection.
Please keep in mind that the net solid gold weight will be less than 24.6 grams due to the internal components are not made of gold.
The main condition issues are minor scratches, scuffs, and dings to the top cap.
