Large silverplate water pitcher with an unusual Greek key design and swan finial.
Overall good condition with some wear evident. You will notice a few small unremarkable dents and some light scratches. The exterior of the pitcher is tooled and very detailed. The handle is textured and bears a sawed-off “branch.”
Inscription under the spout reads, “Clara from Sister Mary.”
There is no makers mark to note, but I was able to find a couple examples of this pitcher made by Meriden Silver Plate Co.
The pitcher stands about 12” tall and is approximately 10.5” from spout to handle.
