Beautiful cobalt blue dip jasperware orange jug. This pitcher dates from 1891-1908.

One of the scenes is what I believe to be Judith holding up the severed head of Holofernes, and most likely is her on the other side holding some type of scroll or parchment.

Properly marked \"WEDGWOOD\" on top of base, England on bottom base with a 24 and some sort of flower or star mark.

Measures 5.5\" tall x 6\" from spout to handle

In Great condition! This jug is old and older than most that have been listed or sold in the past. It has a small chip on the bottom tip of the spout. It also has a couple of scuff that can possibly be removed with an erasure.
