This saddle is nicely made. I am not able to find a makers mark on it, however, the nickel plated horn on it has a O stamped in it. I have not been able to find any information on the horn either. The saddle has wear on it, bumps and dings, but that is what makes the character. The rigging hardware is leather covered. Stirup leathers are the lace up type, pre Blevins buckles. There is a patch on the right sidestirup leather below thestirruphobble that isvisible in a picture. Thestrings,Latinokeepers, andbillet straps have been replaced. The strings areanchored through the saddle, which leads me to believe this was a using saddle sometime in its life. The underside looks original and is made of wool felt.This is a very unique saddle, ready to put into someones collection, or put on a horse and use.
