The Tray has a minute old dent on bottom edge point ,a slight stress as made crudity in base of bust,minor tarnish as seen.The brush has a few fine hairlines as seen in lower part of base and a very minute one that\'s opened slightly on base edge and just under it seen,but it is very stable and useable/displayable

The tray with the handle cast as a William Shakespeare Bust, has been hand rivoted and looks all brass

Would guess circa 1840,the brush definitely 1930 or earlier given it`s pink celluloid handle ,and may be Antique as is crudely made so looks it

The brush looks like its never been used just displayed or rarely as bristles are still strong with very little wear down as seen.

Not seen another the same of either,the lady is clearly Elizabethan ballgown styleera /Same era as W.S.
