Handsome old brass desk bell, marked Wilson\'s Patent TP&S Birmm. Stands 5\" tall, I am not sure what the gold trimmed black base is made out of, 3.5\" across. Loud and clear ring, possible repair at the base, all very slightly off kilter, has not been polished. Looks and works great! Ships free in the US.
