Antique Womens Victorian Black Bustle Skirt Better Than Photos Show 22\" Waist This great antique bustle skirt looks better than the photos, after examining it further. Its an open work weave material, not sure of the fabric content- not silk, not wool. It’s probably a summer weight skirt. It is a bustle skirt as front is flat, and the back has ample room and draping for a bustle in back. It has a triple row of satin ribbon around the ruffle.It is as found in an attic, but not dirty or damaged. Waist measured 22”, Hips app 44”, length in front is 39”. Only flaw is a loose seam on the ruffle, easily fixed. Sorry for the bad photos. Note: All items leave from a smoke free Environment.
