Antique wood Kellogg French Tailor System Sleeve and Dart Rule, from MME Kellogg of Battle Creek, Michigan . This is a very unique item. The rule is labeled on both sides. The first side is the measuring side with a rule to 20 inches, with each inch having marks at the 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 inch. This side is marked :SLEEVE AND DART RULE

In addition, t are capital letters A,B,C,and D, on the first side; and capital letters E, F, and R on the second side.The Sleeve and Dart Rule measures approximately 20.5 inches long and 2.25 inches at the widest part. The Rule is in overall good condition.
